Innovative, Creative & Tactile
See stories come to life with a strengths based approach to production.

What is The Animation Curriculum?
Are you supporting an individual with a Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) such as Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)? The Animation Curriculum can support the development of: Planning, Organisation, Memory, Receptive and Expressive Language Skills, Social Skills, Communication Skills, Creativity, Storytelling, Sensory Exploration, Imagination and so much more!
The Animation Curriculum is innovative, creative and tactile, applying theories of Active Learning, Learning Through Play and Enquiry Based Learning. Developed from over 10 years of professional and lived experience, the seven modules place the student at the centre of the Animation film-making practice with creative outputs and learning goals as outcomes for each module.
Learning through animation
Learning through animation is learning through film, storytelling, creative writing, character development, drama, music, sound production and more. It can be applied to any academic subject and can support individuals of any age, in almost any setting.
The process is adaptable, repetitive and requires the application of planning and organisation skills, whilst building a narrative around a specified topic. With a therapeutic approach, the student(s) is heavily guided in the earlier modules, and at a pace suited entirely to their individual needs, takes ownership and authorship, becoming the Director of their own animated film.

Investing in a future
The Animation Curriculum utilises equipment and software already owned (wherever possible) so you learn to use your existing products in new ways. Full training of your individualised curriculum is provided alongside supporting documentation and classroom materials. Training is delivered to best suit need; in person, virtually or pre-recorded video.
An initial set up cost is required for onboarding. This covers initial consultation and observation, individualisation of the curriculum for student need and desired learning outcomes, all associated material for application of the individualised curriculum and training for all required staff members.
Then, access the dashboard for The Animation Curriculum for worksheets, visual instructions, curriculum materials, support and more for a small monthly cost.
Enhance your student’s learning experience with The Animation Curriculum!
